FAQ & Return Policy

Q - How long will by order take to be processed & shipped?

A - We aim to have your order dispatched within 5 to 7 working days but please allow some extra time during peak season.

Q - What if the garment I receive is incorrect?

A - We will accept any garment which hasn't been worn, washed, ironed etc, within 7 days of delivery. Please email us notifying us of the item return.

Q - My Garment doesn't fit me!?

A - Don't worry, we've got your back! Just give us a message and we will exchange it for the correct size as long as it's not been used.

Q - I need to change my address?

A - Please get in touch as soon as possible you can contact us here at calvin@lifeisbetter.shop or use our contact form above in the menu.

Q - My Garment is damaged when I received it?

A - Don't worry please get in contact and we will send you a new one straight out to you first class!
